E-residency is a government issued digital identity card that provides entrepreneurs with access to Estonia's transparent digital business environment. This card is issued by Estonian Police and Boarder Guard Board (PPA). They take your document like copy of passport, CV, passport size photo in Digital format and fees of 120 Euro that can be paid with all leading Debit or Credit cards. After processing your documents, PPA will generate a 11 digit card number which has you sex details, date of birth and serial number. For example: 39101301111 SYYMMDDXXXX S represent you sex, Male or Female. 3 stands for Male and 4 stands for Female. YY represent the year of your birth. Like you born year is 1991.
